Personal information is any information that can be used to identify you. We store your name, email address, home address, and postcode. If you purchase a ticket using a bank transfer, the transaction report provides us with your bank account and sort code.

We will store your information for the purposes of advertising and marketing future events and activities. We may share your data with third party organisations who help us promote our events (for example: a local print shop to help with the distribution of promotional material, or via a ticketing platform like EventBrite to analyse our audience and reach).
